In this session, the presenter shares strategies and "best practices" for preparing pre-service teachers to become effective advocates for ELs. The presenter will engage participants in dialogue focused on the importance of advocacy and discuss the challenges and successes of incorporating a social justice approach to ESL teacher prep.
