Dimensions of Intercultural Communication in the ESL Classroom
As ESL teachers, we develop the intercultural awareness of our students, but we also need to improve our own intercultural communicative competence. After discussing the effects of national cultures on values and behaviors, participants will be led through critical incidents to uncover challenges from intercultural interactions.
