Resettled Refugees' Strengths and Responsive Instruction
Based on an ethnographic study, this presentation will review how resettled refugees leverage their strengths to make sense of schoolwork. Drawing upon third space theories, the author will share findings and implications for educators. All participants can engage in collaborative discussions to think about implications specific to their work.
